differently.

What might become possible if an old belief no longer held you back?

You may have an idea you’re ready to pursue, a change you want to make, or a sense that there’s more available to you—even if you can’t quite name it yet.

Through Transformational NLP, we’ll explore what you want and the beliefs about yourself that may be limiting what feels possible.

Make believe

MAKE → BELIEVE

Somewhere along the way, you came to believe it.

Over time, those conclusions can become the rules we live by—sometimes without realizing we’re still following them.

As a business owner or leader, you may question a strategy more readily than you question your definition of success, your responsibility to others, or who you’re allowed to become.

"I’m someone who…"
"I’m not someone who…"
"People like me can’t…"
"This is just how I am."

“Make-believe” usually means something imaginary. But separate the words, and another meaning emerges: we make beliefs.

We have experiences. Interpret what happened. Draw conclusions about ourselves and what to expect.

What have you been treating as already decided that you might still get to shape?

THE BALLOON

What's holding down what's possible?

We can get curious about what seems to tether it.

An expectation you feel responsible for meeting. A fear about what might happen if you succeed. An idea of yourself that leaves little room for what you want now.

A client once described our NLP work through the image of a balloon.

The balloon represented her potential. With each piece of change work, she felt as though another string holding it down had been released, allowing it to rise.

I appreciate that image because it offers a different starting point: your potential may already be there.

If one of those strings loosened, what would you like to move toward?

Transformational Neuro-Linguistic Programming, or TNLP, is an approach to exploring familiar patterns of thought, belief, and behavior in relation to the changes you want to make.

THE BEAUTIFUL WORK

Explore the beliefs. Make room for choice.

In my work, we begin with questions that help you discover what you’re actually seeking.

What would you like to experience differently? What matters about that? Where does moving toward it become difficult?

Together, we explore the beliefs and identities connected to those questions—with respect for your experience and curiosity about what could be different. This is where TNLP meets my work as a business thought partner: helping you examine both the direction you want to take and what that direction brings up for you.

YOUR INVITATION

What might you make with your newly-made beliefs?

A different relationship with your work. More room for your ideas. A way of leading that feels more like you.

Let’s start with what you’d like.

In a 15-minute discovery call, we’ll talk about what prompted you to reach out, what you’d like to change, and your questions about working together. We’ll explore whether my approach feels like a fit and discuss the available session options.

Real world progress.

SEE THE STRINGS BEING CUT

Beliefs changed.

“I had one NLP session with Lacey. I really didn't know what to expect or what would come from it. She spent time with me and really made me feel comfortable remembering a lot of things from my past. When we had our session, I had had some big changes in my life and I also felt stuck and like I wasn't achieving anything. I was putting a lot of pressure on myself. And after a couple months, without even really focusing consciously on the session we did, I felt like things started to really fall into place, and my mindset also shifted.

Several of the things I was stressing about with career and personal life and things I felt unsure about or wanted to accomplish, suddenly all lined up and I was doing them without even really realizing it. I really think all of these positive changes had a lot to do with my NLP session with Lacey. I would absolutely recommend anyone to do a session with her and discover for themselves how helpful it can be.”

"Lacey helped me access a comfort, a confidence and a sort of knowing of my truth, that felt and feels transformational. Her kindness in combination with her knowledge and training put me at ease while both supporting and inspiring me. I feel safe exploring something new and continually feel the benefits of our work together. Her ongoing support is one of my most precious gifts in life and I couldn’t recommend her higher."

“Lacey has the extraordinary ability to take in a wide array of seemingly discrete information and intuitively synthesize it into a coherent whole. Working with her is so powerful because she listens deeply and asks just the right questions to tease out the essential parts that reveal the originating issue. Then the change work is quick and easy. After our sessions, I am blown away by how my behavior has shifted as if I never had had the problem in the first place.”

"I started working with Lacey several years ago and the first NLP project was focused on a belief I’d possessed about myself since I was eight years old. After a couple hours of work, we had completely reprogrammed this memory and I’ve never given this issue a second thought."
