Meets Business

I’m Lacey. I care about what we build, and who we become along the way.

Where Beauty

I’m a business strategist, entrepreneur, and lifelong student of people. I work with established business owners as they grow their companies, develop their leadership, and navigate everything that happens along the way.

I love the strategy, the creative possibilities, and the moment something complicated begins to make sense. But what interests me most is the person behind the business.

What matters to you? What are you building toward? And how do you want to experience the life you’re creating?

Those questions are at the heart of Beautiful Work.

AN UNLIKELY PATH

Today, I bring that curiosity together with financial insight, systems thinking, and practical business experience. My training as a certified practitioner of Transformational NLP also informs how we explore the habits, expectations, and familiar responses that shape the way we lead.

My career has taken me from luxury retail and makeup artistry, where I worked with hundreds of brides and led teams of more than 100 people, to starting a skincare brand in my kitchen and growing it into a manufacturing company I eventually sold.

I’ve developed company visions, navigated changing cash flow, aligned teams, and brought complex business ideas into practice. I understand how much goes into building something, and how many decisions land with the person responsible for it.

My experience also includes five years of one-on-one mentoring, mastermind facilitation, and helping CEOs of $1M–$20M companies across diverse industries build teams that can manage daily operations and support growth.

Across all of it, my curiosity has remained remarkably consistent:

What helps people and businesses become more of what they’re capable of becoming?

From the beauty industry to the business of becoming.

Why Beautiful Work?

I found myself saying it at the end of sessions with my clients:
Beautiful work.

It was an acknowledgment of the thought, honesty, and care someone had brought to the conversation. The willingness to look closely, stay with a question, or consider a different possibility. That was beautiful work.

The phrase also held something I wanted for the people I worked with: for work itself to become a beautiful part of their lives. To build businesses with care and intention, where the experience of the owner, the team, and the community matters alongside what the company achieves.

And then there’s the connection to my years in the beauty industry. A little nod to where I began, woven into the work I do now. I’ve always appreciated a phrase with a few layers.

WHERE IT STARTED

Beautiful Work brings those pieces together: the work of growing as a person, the businesses we create, and the way we experience both.

WAYS WE CAN WORK TOGETHER

We might examine your numbers, strengthen a process, or connect your goals to a practical plan. We might also notice an assumption that deserves another look, a conversation you’ve been putting off, or an expectation that no longer serves you.

I bring warmth, humor, thoughtful questions, and a commitment to clear, graceful boundaries. My greatest strength is cultivating confidence in people so they can trust their judgment, contribute their strengths, and take ownership of their work.

For me, doing beautiful work means caring for what the business needs and the person leading it. I return to that intention in my own work, too. There is always more to learn, another question to hold, and room to choose with greater care.

What would beautiful work look like for you?

A thoughtful partner for the questions you’re holding.

You might be considering where to take your company next, how to give your team more ownership, or why a decision you thought you’d settled keeps returning to your desk. Perhaps the business has grown, and you’re ready to reconsider how you want to work within it.

Together, we make room to pause, understand what’s happening, and decide what comes next.
